 A weekend with RoAdDoG
As you can see from the photo above, it was high time to head out. Nice day for a drive. On the way through Roseburg, I was tempted
to stop in and get some pointers on my riding style. They were running a Motorcycle training center. Those guys can really run the pylons.



This guy was heading out for a day of rowing on the river.
Thats my kind of rowing.


So, now I'm having a little trouble finding the track.  I get some directions from a couple girls in a truck and find that I just didn't
drive far enough out Territorial. I pull up around the curve and turn the turn signal on, and step on the gas to go up the drive.
Nothing, nadda, dead in the middle of the road. Some guys are driving by so I use my people skills and get them to flag
for me while I run up the hill and get someone to tow the truck and trailer up the hill.


 They tow me up to the top of the hill, around the top, and park on the downhill to work on it. Come to find out the new in tank pump
I had just installed is off the bottom a little and towards the front of the tank.
 Soooo, when low on gas and going uphill all the gas is in the
back of the tank and totally useless.
Well, here's camp on Friday afternoon.


A few weeks ago, we went on our annual MRA Grayback Mountain Trail Ride.
So we got to meet Mike, the track manager. That was cool, and out of the blue at that.

I get to the track and here he is with his little one.


I get parked and others start showing.
Here Mark and Debbie are getting pre-race instructions.

Time to walk the track. It's all graded and drug. Now it's time for watering.

Now it's getting dark and time to put up the video screen. I showed as many RoAdDoG videos as
I could get away with. Too Slow. So we watched some  Roger DeCoster  videos.
It's amazing how they can go so fast on tracks that look rougher than the one out in the field.
Those guys were tough.


Get up in the morning and the people start coming in again.
Whew!!!!!!! The other Mutts have arrived.
